Terms & Conditions
1. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged on all plant sales at 13.5%. Only wholesale orders can be accepted.
2. All prices are subject to change without notice. This list cancels all previous lists. Minimum order per variety is 10.
3. Complaints must be made in writing to the Seller within 7 days of delivery.
4. Goods are sold subject to shortage or failure of crop or any other cause beyond the control of the Seller.
5. No credit given unless conditions are previously arranged. Accounts are due strictly within 30 days of invoice date.
6. Legal and beneficial ownership of plants shall remain with the Seller until payment has been received in full.
7. No responsibility is accepted for the result of planting or forcing any goods supplied while every effort is made to ensure that plants are true to name and free from pests, virus and other disease, liability for goods supplies is limited to replacing any at fault or at Seller’s option to making an allowance not exceeding the sum paid for the items concerned.
8. Price includes a colour label where available; otherwise a printed label will be supplied. Pre-priced labels are available at a cost of 10 cent each. (Thermal transfer label)
9. Delivery on CC trolleys (black lock). Free delivery nationwide on all orders over €750. On deliveries under €750, delivery is charged at cost (€40 approx per trolley, plus VAT at 21%).
10. All sales are made under the above conditions and placement of an order implies full acceptance by the Buyer of these conditions.
